Throughout the programme, she kept us updated with regular videos, and messages, which gave us real peace of mind that he was in excellent hands and making great progress. As we live overseas, Hayley also arranged a video call before Henry flew out to us, as well as a follow‑up call a week after his arrival, which we really appreciated.
